Incorporates a .22 rifle 25 metres/yards and air rifle 5.5 metres (6 yard) guage. Also includes 2nd Class/Pass qualification grouping measurements and scoring details and ruler. Circular Gauge - Note not suitable for the new (2017) Air Cadet Shooting syllabus

11th October 2017 by The new RAFAC shooting syllabus prescribes the sequence of live fire lessons for each weapon. Under the new syllabus, group sizes are measured in terms of 'extreme spread', which cannot be measured with a circular gauge. Once the cadets have been taught to zero the rifle, the remaining lessons are scored in terms of 'inward gauging', scored on the prescribed targets.
