My last KFS set went rusty. These are much more solid and don't have the studs welded to them which are annoying. -

When the going gets tough, wap out these bad boys and your dinner can't offer any resistance. Just look at everyone else's faces trying and failing to saw through their bacon flavoured granite when you go to town with these.
I've found you can turn the KFS around in the holder, facing the opener instead of away from it and the tension with hold everything in a lot better. The opener may need a little persuasion back into shape from time to time, but it is hard wearing. And when you come to something as important as putting food into your face, you simply cannot afford to compromise.
They are quite weighty but with the extra calories they'll be providing, you can take it.
Just make sure you properly wash up after every meal! -
Price Delivery Quality Good but not perfect
Good KFS set, fits together well and is of good quality steel.
I have found however, after a few use's, it tends not to stay together too well in the holder, maybe it needs tightening, but apart for that, very useful and much better than the plastic stuff a lot of all ranks messes have
